1. Customer form UK

This customer from UK. He got our goods on Nov. 21^nd  and was very happy with our palettes quality and packaging. At first, he sent many inquires on Alibaba, but some suppliers marked him as junk mail,so i haven’t pay more attention to his case, only several words reply. And then he sent us a lot of pictures to show they demand. After 2 weeks’ communication, i got to know him more and provided him some packaging solutions. Finally we helped him got the design finished and he trusted us!

After this test order, he would like to order large quantity from us! We do believe we must have more cooperation in future!!

3. Customer from USA

This customer is from USA as well. They love standard sample in stock and placed an order without hesitate, everything was perfect during mass production. But when she got all palettes and found one of outer carton was drenched with heavy rain, they sent us pictures. How could we solve this problem??

First, we let customer open other outer cartons and check all palettes and sleeves one by one, and let us know how many pcs of products were damaged by heavy rain.

Secondly, we confirm with our shipping department and learned that they didn’t use PE bag to protect in the carton. Although customer said it wasn’t our fault, it should be the express company’s fault. But we still insisted to replenish damaged palettes for them. We must promise the boxes to arrive at customer side safe.

They are very happy with our after service and repeat order in the next month!!

5. Customer from USA

This customer from USA need luxury box to pack they perfumes. They want the box looks high grade but simple design, so we provide them some simple solutions for reference. Due to they haven’t finish the design, we suggest them to order blank standard sample to test insert size and also check the quality. When they get samples, they are very happy and placed the order very soon.

Another new customer from Canada is very nice but worry about this project very much.Because they never do business oversea before, so we showed them a lot of case we made and provided them better terms of payment to support them in their first business oversea.

When they received our goods, they are so exciting !! We are very happy as well !!

8. Customer from UK as well.

This Customer came from UK. They have full series of cosmetic products need to be packaging.

therefore, we adjusted our time to match them. This would be much more convenience for communication.

She maybe not familiar about packaging, after too much talk over what’s app, our team provided them various packaging solution from material, size, box shape and printing.

Sample order has been placed after dozens of email. Finally they are satisfied with sample, but some details still need to be changed .

It is totally no problem with us. You can see below pictures was feedback from them and she get back to us with new project.
